You are likely aware that, as of July 1, MOHU—a subsidiary of MOL—has stepped in as the concessionaire operating between waste generators and waste management service providers.

Any waste-generating company subject to the changes in the Waste Act (Hulladéktörvény) is required to register in the concessionaire’s online system (MOHU partner portal).

Waste types covered by the concession that we handle and transport include: packaging waste (glass, metal, plastic, paper, wood), electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators, rubber tires, advertising and office paper, metal, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs.

Under the new system, waste falling within the scope of the concession may only be collected from waste generators who have registered with the system and signed a contract with MOHU. During registration, the waste generator must mark Enviszam Kft. as a partner so that we, the service provider, can fulfill the requested service.

Waste resulting from industrial production(scrap) falls outside the scope of the concession. We continue to handle the collection, transport, and disposal/recovery of this waste with the reliable quality many partners have come to expect from us.

In this transformed and still difficult to use system, Enviszam Kft. aims to assist all its existing and future partners in meeting their new legal obligations.
