Enviszam Ltd. is looking for a new 8-hour, full-time colleague for the following position at its Debrecen site:

Commercial office assistant

Enviszam Ltd. is a company that transports, receives and treats hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and sells environmentally friendly fuel (pellets). We have more than 20 years of experience, continuous development and growth of a satisfied clientele.

We are looking for you if:
- you have at least a secondary education.
- You must have at least a minimum of
- you are comfortable using computer/office programs and software packages (mostly word and excel)
- you like to communicate with clients and colleagues in writing and orally
- you like to build and organise relationships
- you are proficient in managing social media sites
- you are demanding in your administrative work
Driving licence is an advantage.

- Support the day-to-day administrative work of the Sales Manager, document management
- Active participation in the preparation of offers, contracts, tenders
- Liaising with key customers
- Liaising with partner departments
- Preparation of reports and statements
- Managing the company's online presence
